How can I return an item?
If you are not satisfied with (part of) your purchase, you have the right to return the items to CBD Point within fourteen (14) working days, the right of withdrawal only takes effect on the day after delivery. We would like to receive the items of your return shipment, if reasonably possible, in as original a condition as possible, undamaged, unused and provided with return tickets. You may of course take the item out of the packaging to view and fit it.
During the cooling-off period, you should handle the items sent with care. You have the right to judge the items if you want to keep them, and try them as you normally would in the store. As long as you have not yet decided to keep the item, you may not use it. If you have used the item for more than is necessary to assess whether you actually want to keep it, you are liable for the depreciation. We are entitled to compensation when you return the used item.
When will I get my money back?
When we have received your return, we will send a confirmation email. This is usually within 14 days. Your payment obligation will then expire. If you have already paid, we will refund you as soon as possible and no later than 14 days from the moment you have indicated that you wish to cancel your purchase.
If you return the entire order, we will also refund the shipping costs. We will pay you back with the same payment method that you used to pay.
